H23 ecu
I had my ECU upgrade, and the person who upgrade for me, they said for 92 Prelude, they can't not bring up the redline. Any of you guy know anyway we can bring up the redline. They said they can only bring the redline to 7000rpm. Is there posible to upgrade this H23 ECU? Thank you.

they don't know what they're doing then. Or they didn't upgrade anything at all.
You don't want to raise your redline though it's pointless H23 makes no power up there.
