Default Spoon or Skunk2 strut bars for EF CRX?

Anyone have any views on which is the best to use? I understand that the Skunk2 one is hollow is this the same for the Spoon one?

if it is hollow, does that necessairly mean that is better??
i have a generic one on right now, and its very heavy, and its not hollow
-> is there any difference??

as for skunk2, i was thinking of getting all the skunk2 bars, front/rear upper strut bar and rear lower tie bar.

there is no real way of telling if any of them are better, unless you do a handling test...
anyways why spend all that money when you can get something cheaper that looks good and does the same job!!!

I personally have always used the Neuspeed, but those both seem to bolt in the same way so it looks like 6 in one hand and a half dozen in the other.
