I wonder how much that costs to do or is it an import?

 

i believe its imported, yugoslavia got this model one year to be used as its royal limosuine, it has a 1.0 liter producing 85 hp and 65 tq... 65mpg so im sure thats why its over here, for the great gas mileage

 

its a euro import, they are just crazy with their "hot hatches" over there. public demanded a 5 door hatch and got one.

I have one question though. How does the glass open with the rear door? The glass seems to go right into the body. It just seems like it fits weird.

im not sure I could answer that, Ive never had the chance to ride in one of these beasts, but I guarantee you those honda engineers have it under control... I think this car is a hint of the future in imports, the YDM craze

 

that looks kinda fake...the door line goes right into the window, it doesnt look like it will even open.

well, here's the story of how we came across the car....

Last weekend, BakedCookies and myself headed out to WVa to meet up with Chris (Chris93Si) and a few guys from the hybrid board for a cookout/meet(we were bringing some parts that BakedCookies had left over from his old hatch). Anyways, on our way to Charleston, we stopped in Elkview for some food. Now keep in mind, this is straight up redneckville, so all you see are lifted pickups and 86 5.0's and the like. As we are on our way out of town (already running late to get to Chris' place) we see what appears to be a lowered Honda, so we whip out the digi to snap a pic of what appears to be the only Honda in town. As we go by and take the pic, we notice something weird behind the driver side door, what appears to be another door, but we think nothing of it and keep driving.

So we get to Chris' place and start scrolling through the pics we took on the way up (nice scenery in the mountains of WVa) and when we get to the pic of the Civic, we zoom in on it and realize the weird thing we saw a friggin extra door! We asked Chris about it and he said he had heard rumors about this cars existence and likened it to the Moby Dick or the Sasquatch of the Honda world. Well, after the meet and crashing at Chris' place for the night, we head back home and go through Elkview again, in hopes of seeing the car again, however we couldn't find it (drove around for about a half hour searching). So that's the reason we only have one pic of it, had we known what it was when we took the first pic, believe me, there would have been more.

But hey, you are more than entitled to your opinion

Just look at the rear door handles, if you look real close, you see a pencil outlining.

It might be just me though. Anyway, i'd rock that shiet!
