aaaaaaah, you wont believe this! i listed my car for sale on ebay a few days ago and this guy used the "buy now" option to buy it. so i'm thinking cool, i got a buyer. well, he didn't reply to my e-mails until today. he wrote how he thought that "buy it now" option was where you get additional info
and he doesn't want the car! OMG, some people are complete retards
is there any way i can relist this for free? i already paid $45 twice...

 

just tell him to pay u 45 bucks.... its the least he can do besides actually buy the car..

 

That sucks man... I've dealt with ALOT of stupid people on ebay. Usually when you relist the item... if it sells the second time they refund you your money. So basically the relist is free if it sells. To ensure that you could have one of your buddies bid like a dollar over reserve just to make sure it's free. Good Luck.

yes theres a way. do a search on ebay. Non Paying Bidder or something like that.

 

make sure he gets negative feedback.

and before i can do anything, i fisrt have to file this form on ebay, i think it's a non-paying bidder or something of that sort.
so i did that and now i just have to wait and see what happens. i e-mailed the dude asking for those $45 because i have to list the car again, but he hasn't replied yet....

 

What's the guy's rating on ebay? Was the person new to ebay, because I think that's b.s. story he gave you. So all you can do if file that NPB form and get it relisted for free.

 

if you find out where he lives i will personally help you beat the sh*t out of him. Will make sure that he pays for the $45 ebay fee.

 

File a complain to e-bay about him, something to do with fraud i believe. If everything was legally set up, you could actually prosecute him and take him to court since it was a legally binding agreement/sale.

that sucks... anyway I deal with ebay alot. the feedback system is corrupt. I never leave negatives, because then the buyer just leaves negative for you in anger. but anyway yea first you have to do the NPB, then request final value credit fee. then your money will be credited to your account, no questions asked or anything. I just hope he doesnt leave negative for you now in return, because then you are screwed and their is really nothing you can do. btw, selling the m7's?

 

i don't know about wheels yet. i wanted to sell it all together. i have no stock wheels anyway... but that's a possibility.
