What's your insurance company and rate?
Hey you guys,
I'm trying to find a new insurance company to insure my ITR. My last policy was canceled due to nonpayment. Payment arrived a few days too late. Yeah, I know, my bad. Finals and bills don't mix well. After going through a few insurance agents, it seems I might have to sell the ITR or pay their ransom. Compared to my last rate, the new rates have increased at least one fold. My driving record is far from perfect so I expect to pay quite a bit to insure any vehicle. Let me just say, Farmers Insurance Group hates ITRs. The insurance agent kept saying, "this cannot be possible, it's impossible." It seems I broke a record without trying. After laughing at the insane quote with the agent, I was referred elsewhere. Going through several insurance agents I noticed how differently companies treat cars. The difference is in the thousands for a six month period. I would just like to know what company you guys are with and what you guys are paying. If possible, any information on the type of coverage you guys have would be helpful. I would like to thank you guys in advance.

its a shame you were late.
most places jack up the insurance pricing now they realize ITR's get stolen the second the owner turns its back to go use the bathroom

State Farm just raised my rates even more. I went from 612 to 688 every 6 months. No accidents, tickets and married. F**k State Farm.

I got my American Family statement in the mail yesterday. My R was $707/6 months and now it was lowered to $665/6 months. My Civic Si is $421/year.
.... and all this with a DUI in September 2000.

Allstate, $144 / month ($1728 / year) - w/ two cars... (PA - Philly region...).
A little high, but not too bad considering I'm 25 and single.
