Help w/ nitrous vs built head and skunk2 cams? What should I do?
Well, i'm in bind. I'm thinking about going w/ nitrous or built head w/ skunk2 cams stage 2? The problem is, I don't know what to get. Nitrous will be the cheapest and fastest way to go fast. But a built head and skunk2 cams will be more reliable. I have 90k on my car. I'm running w/ all bolt ons (ctr cams, mugen program, h/i/e, fpr, etc. Should I go w/ nitrous, (will it be safe). What the worst that could happen w/ nitrous. or should i just save for the built head and cams. How long will the cams last for? ThankS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does the Mugen program advance your timing? If so you will detonate like all hell when spraying. BTW, nitrous is just as safe as any other mod when done right. The question that you need to ask yourself is whether you want to be fast on race day or just quick all of the time.

you may be able to run both. this guy i know locally is gonna be running skunk stage II's and 100 or 120 shot on an itr motor...i'll let you know how it goes. the biggest factor would be proper tuning, of course
