Photoshop Help needed w/ these images for cancer!
A friend of mine needs a picture that has the tires moving, or at least the cars looks to be moving. smoke out of exhaust. In the exhaust smoke , i want it to say
" LICENSE to C.A.R.E. "
care stands fo Cancer Awareness- a Real Effort.
here are two images to work with. use whichever is easier for you.
