Well today i found out the T3 i was planning on using in my turbo kit needs a rebuild, so instead of spending the money rebuilding it im just gonna opt for something new from cheapturbo.com... Any suggestions on what turbo to get? Goals are 270-300whp @10-11psi on 101 octane on a 2nd gen b16a....(The car won't be daily driven so i dont' mind having some lag) My set up so for is as follows:
-Custom Equal length Manifold
-Custom 3'' Downpipe
-Tial 35mm wastegate
-Custom I/C piping w/ Greddy type S bov
-Starion Intercooler with modified endtanks (temporary untill i can upgrade)
-DSM 450cc injectors
-UberChip
-Greddy profec B
Thanks

T3T40E .57 trim .63 A/R should suit you well.
Depending on who you ask and what your goals are you are going to get several different answers.
If you plan to street race/highway race some people are going to recomend a larger turbo like a T3T40E with a larger trim like .60 with a .82 A/R so you have less wheel spin...
So if you want a car that makes power up high (spooled about 6rpm) and no low end power (less wheel spin) then that turbo is for you.
I personlly like my turbo (.57 trim .63 ar).. it spools quick makes nice power and pulls hard up top while still making power down low. I do get some wheel spin (we're not talking about when you launch, but wheel spin once boost hits) but it's about 7krpm so i feel it would just be worse if i had a larger turbo. I cant say though i've never ran a larger turbo.....this is just my oppinion (larger turbo) but i do know about the other turbo.

Ask Arturbo or Motormatrix for them. They are usually around $750 shipped.
