Default Type-R and Type-S Cams are the same???

What are the part# and specs for the ITR cams and the Type-S cams?
Maybe the same?
Maybe different?

Can anyone enlighten this situation?

Dont know the exact specs but definitely arent the same. This is one of the biggest factors that separate the TypeR from the TypeS

Don't quote me on this, but I've read that they have the same lift, but Type R cams have the same duration.
