Rich idle condition fixed!
Went out and bought an Apex'I S-AFC and installed it...leaned out the idle by 28% and everything is good! The A/F Gauge sweeps back and forth again as it should.
My idle must have been REALLY rich to be in need of a 28% decrees in fuel. I tried 25% and it still stays mostly at rich and 30% stays mostly at lean..so 28% was the magic number.
Thanx to the guys that helped me out.

The reason Im running so rich is because supposivly the aftermarket cams do not create enough vacuum at idle (or something like that)
I do also have a B&M fuel regulator which has been working great for montehs. I plan on using both to tune..as I have heard that if you go +15% with the S-AFC..the ECU throws a code...so I plan to raise the fuel with the B&M and then decrese it in areas necessary with the S-AFC.
I bought the unit locally for $299 new
