your exhaust piping is to big for the upgrades you got. you might wanna try upgrading your cam and cam gears, then injectors then fuel rail or port and polish your head

You'd be lucky to have as much power as a stock EX.

To my knowledge, ractice doesnt make full cat-backs, just mufflers.

115whp at best.

VAFC. Port and Polish. Throttle body. Head Work. Anything to help match the 'IN' to the 'OUT' ya know? 3" exhaust is a lot to fill. And besides it pointless because the collecter on a DC Sports header is smaller than 3" so you're wasting back pressure. I bet that's just killing your low to mid range power.

He has an LX, so why suggest a VAFC?

Downsize to 2.25 pipes, upgrade fuel system, and do some mild headwork. http://www.jdenginedynamics.com

no point in getting a fuel rail unless you are producing 400 hp or more

i think the pipe coming off the header is 2 inch or 2 1/4 inch going into the 3 inch ractive muffler. the whole pipe isnt 3 inch.

to be honest i think it depends on your motor and what kind of shape its in. OBD1 with all your mods should yield about 125whp, give or take about 5whp. Best bet would be a better cam and cam gear, then tuning.

Not too sure on who makes a cam for the car. If you can find an oldschool JG cam those are pretty good. Not sure on Web or Gude, i think they make a cam for your car
