Default H22 bottom end help

Since I hydrolocked, and need a new short block, I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice on this. I have a friend who found a short block for me. It's an H23, with H22 pistons, OBD1, etc. You think I should buy it, or keep looking for a stock H22 block? Do you think this block can take high revs?

corey has an H22 short block for sale. Personally I wouldn't by a rebuilt block unless I really knew the builder well.

you say it has h22 pistons but what crank and rods, that's what will determine the revs it can take.
