Please refund my money for the broken throttle body you sent me. This is not the way to treat your customers. You owe me money and have not responded to numerous emails, PayPal requests or phone calls. You received the trhottle body back and I want my money back.

This is unfortunate, but BUYERS BEWARE, regardless of other references.

I realize Brian does a lot of business here, and I did receive my parts pronto. I even complimented Brian on his reputation. However, I did receive a broken throttle body from him and returned it for a refund. I'm not lying or trying to scam anyone, it's for real. Brian received it and began avoiding me and has not made an effort to give me a refund.

Every business has a problem like this once in awhile, and this is no exception. I am due a refund from Brian Wong and have not received it or a replacement part.

I sent back the exact same part he sent me. Believe it.

Just my input:
I have had 2 flawless transactions with brian. He is probably the only private seller i trust for a high dollar transaction at this time.

 

I agree that Brian has done a lot for a lot of HT people and others. That's why this is an unfortunate event for him and HT. I spoke with "Gulftools" (see above post) and got it straight with him also. He knows Brian personally but sees my position and it doesn't make sense.

Regardless, I hope Brian and I can come to terms on this in the near future. He knows the truth and so do I. $85.+ bucks won't break either one of us, but it will sure right a wrong.
