Default so i wanted to order a catback exhaust for my 88 hatch, but...

why is there no flange after the catalytic converter? you know, like on every other car ever?

1988 civic HB STD

That is why.....the STD and HF civic/crx has a close coupled catalyitc converter that is positioned right after the exhaust manifold
