Default My hatch in hibernation

Well, for all you that know me my hatch has been out of commision for the past six weeks. Hopefully it will be up and running soon enough, but after 5 rebuilt distributers, I'm a little frustrated. Here's a few pics of my hatch and some projects I'm currently working on. Sorry its pretty dirty, but I didn't feel like pushing the car 3 miles to the car wash. And yes, full cage is being put in very very soon.

And of course project "Crazy Turbo GSR" going into full effect that I'm building for my buddy.

Damn these one car garages. They suck

And I can dream right. Jasmine always helps me out when times are rough.

Thanks for looking guys, sorry there are so many pics.

Good luck with the projects. I can't wait till I can have my own garage with all those tools in it. Mine of course will be much more organized. Nice car.

Thanks, but believe me, my garage is USUALLY on of the most organized garages. Just lately I've been really backed up with work working on this car and that car and so forth. I can't even remember the last time I've had a good nights sleep or even gone out to have some fun. Hopefully I'll get it a little cleaned up tomorrow since I'm taking a day off and turning off the celly.

Yeah, a buddy of mine gave it to me a while back and I really didn't care taking the time repainting it. Hopefully I'll finally get the chance to order the Benen 3 point.

I usually roll on 17" Racing Hart C2's, but I'm not sure how low the drop is. I've got the Tein Flex's so I'm not sure exactly how far its lowered. And no, my exhaust doesn't scrape. I think I've only barely scraped it twice or so but because of road debris and and a pot hole. My suspension is really stiff, so I really don't mind the N1. I just avoid speed bumps and extremely steep inclines.

Yeah, I've had it since last summer and love it. It sounds mean as hell especially with the H22 and no cat. My friend has the HKS with custom piping styled like mine on his del sol and that thing has been through some ****. Once his suspension is finished up he shouldn't have a problem though.

i have an HKS hyper exhaust which is similar to your N1 and i have a good 2.5inch drop and i dont have any problems with scraping excpet for on steep inclines.

Well, maybe I should have given a few more details before hand. I've had the swap since last April, the car has been fully tuned and ran a few times. I bent a few valves a couple of months ago, did a compression test and the distributer went out. Supposively this is a pretty common problem with the H22 so I didn't sweat it. It just sucks that its hard to find the OBD1 internal coil distributers. So I had a few extra distributers from GSR's and other motors laying around, but I didn't know if they were in perfect working order or not. I pulled the internals out of the other distributers and put them in the H22's housing and still no spark or start up. A buddy of mine let me borrow his for a day and car fired right up and drove like a beast. Just sucks that I can't find one anywhere. Oh wells. Soon enough the car will be up and ready for the upcoming season.

HaHa, very funny tis to laugh. J/K. Yeah, I think its cause the flash went off, but as for the weight, I think I work too much and don't eat enough. I've lost 10 lbs in the past month and a half. But thanks guys for all the compliments.

Well I finally got the hatch up and running to make it out to the meet tonight. I'll probably get some video or more pics once washed and waxed.

Might want to redo your harness setup. That really isnt too safe to have them anchored 90 degrees from your shoulders. In an accident they will pull down on your shoulders and compress your spine. Prolly paralyzing you. Not cool.

******* radical engine though! H22a hatches kick ***.
