a couple of my friends are doing the trunk brace this weekend and I want to know if anyone has done it to there rex or not? Also will these specifications work or is it different

Done it. Can't say that it made any noticeable difference tho. Except for being really good to bungee cord my spare to - no more rattling around. Those specs all seem right as I cut mine to 36" when I did it...

i don't think it will make much difference at all if you still have your rear bumper renforcement. that alone will tie the frame rail ends together just fine

 

From the shops I've talked to 94+ integras are really the only ones that get a decent benefit from the trunk brace
