Rims???

Would a 2000 Civic Dx 2dr hubs fit on a DOHC Vtec Del Sol
are the hubs heavier than the stock Del Sol rims

Yes, it would fit. If your Sol is lowered, it will rub. The G6 Civic runs on taller tires. In drag you want to have overall tires just slightly shorter.
