Which CAT for '97 Accord EX 5-spd

What CAT will give me the most power ?
My stock one kicked the bucket and needs replacement.
I've heard alot of good things about Random Tech's CAT.. they advertise a 5% gain from Total HP just by bolting on...
Any ideas, suggestions or personal experience (hopefully) ??

you won't feel any gain from a cat unless your running a turbo.. computech has a flow chart floating around about the flow rates of cats, i don't know where to find it, post in the ITR board..
