Jack, I think I know the guy you are talking about. Did the R & CW rims look a little beat up? If so, that guy is the only a$$hole ITR owner I've met...he was spotted in Longwood, FL when I saw him and talked to him a little. He stated he wasn't on H-tech y0

I didn't get a good look at it, just drove by while he was stopped at a gas station. The wheels looked like stock USDM CW wheels if that helps. I was thinking of going back and saying "Hi"... sounds like I'm glad I didn't.
