J-Racing Supercharger On H23 Motor
The bay itself. You supposedly have to cu the firewall. CAZ actually has a JR on his 4th gen H22. See if you can get in touch with him.

looks like it fits to me

he had a shop do it from what I can tell, and he said that they had to hammer in the shock tower slightly, but now that its all said and in place it looks like they didnt even need to do that. he had to also switch a few parts with 5th gen parts like power steering I believe. like satan said check po for more details

I've heard of a few people doing this but this is the first actual picture of one that I have seen. It looks like it fits in there fairly well, but I wonder how much they had to hammer that shock tower in for the belt assembly to fit. I can tell you that it is a very, very tight fit on the 5th gen.

Screw supercharging, go turbo!
But 2002 GT is right, at least with a centrifigal (spelling?) charger you can rig up an intercooler......to my knowledge vortech doesn't make any kits for the preludes though......
I'd never run a JR supercharger, but that's just me.

I haven't ever seen a JRSC kit up close, but I thought the lower portion of the intake manifold is retained so it COULD be possible to put a JRSC onto an H23 w/o modification short of clearance issues..
Well I want the power to be there once I step on the gas. And there are too many turbo'd cars out there already, well Honda's, even there the could never be too many of them. I just want to go a different route, might cause problems but I like to be different. I also seen some guy who has a turbo h23 and is only putting 230 or somethin like that to the ground, and he as a few other mods also. I thinks thats ok, but not worth it, I'm sure the supercharger wont make that much but with a little bit of messing around I'm sure I would make more.
