Default Zdyne and new injectors! YAY!

I just got in my Zdyne and new 450cc injectors! YAY!

Question, when changing the fuel injectors do you need to replace the lower gaskets "bottom seals?" I got the upper seals AKA boost tight seals from Zdyne but not sure if the bottoms are necassary. Thanks

Shouldn't be necessary. I got Venom Injection's 550's for a Turbo DSM, and they popped right in, no mods whatsoever, on the stock seals.

depending what injectors they are you may have to bore them out depending on your injectors, i know on some 440cc injectors you have to, I got some supra 440's and they fit but barely.

Thanks for the heads up guys. Anyone know if the DSM 450cc injectors from Zdyne require boring out the seal?

Also anyone use the Ricky Crow mappings from the Zdyne exchange site on a Turbo ZC?

try one in there and see how it fits, as long as you get a nice seal you shouldnt have a problem, with my supra injectors, on first try they wouldnt fit, i slid the seal over my injector towards the bottom then slid it in and it fit a little tight but perfectly.
