Default vtec engagement
i have been searching all over the web for this and all i can find are stupid chips specs on the ecu.. not the stock specs, i'm curious what the rev limit, and the vtec engagement point is on the pre obd PR3 ecu and the PW0 ecu.

engagement is 4800, redline is 8200 PR3, 8000 PW0
