Default Difference in heads

What is the difference in the obd1 and obd2 heads besides the distributors not fitting?

If I had an obd1 car and bought an obd2 head, can i fit the obd2 head in my car with the exception of the distributor not plugging up?

you can just swap distributors....yes they heads are virtually the same maybe the cams on the H22A4 head are slightly different than an H22A1 but it has no relation to the OBDI or OBDII emissions regulations.
