News About Gude
okay, its getting too expensive with my list of goodies that I want for my engine, hell we've all been there right? Well, somebody tipped me off that I should just by a performance head from one of the big boys and save a little dough for other ****. So here is my question- has anybody heard any pro's and con's about Gude? I have a package set up right now for $1150 and that includes everything- port and polish, valve job, bullfrog cams, throttle body, intake manifold, even a chipped ECU with the option to boost spring compression so I can pull 9k, plus a whole lot more. I asked around for other packages, and I saw one for DH racing but I don't know a whole lot about them. So if anybody has heard any stories, hell used these products, give me a holla and tell me whats up. Thanks and good racing to you all.

I say dont use Gude, do a search, there has been plenty of topics on them.
portflow does good work http://www.portflow.com
head "packages" so to speak, arent as good as they may sound. Your engine, and what you want out of your engine is different from someone elses engine, cylinder head modification is something that should be done in mind of what you have planned as far as compression or boost and the cams that you plan to run on what displacement of a motor.
I also think that headwork should be one of the last things you do to any motor. Build the head to the setup, not the setup to the head.
