Dyno tuning results w/ minimal mods?

Dyno tuning results w/ minimal mods?
Basically, how many of you have gotten tuned on a dyno with minimal mods? I mean no more than i/h/e and something to tune with (SAFC, VAFC, etc.) If you have, what were your results? Do you think it was worth it?

I gained about 8 hp with just the fuel pressure regulator and another 6 with cam gears. you can see my post in the crx forum on here. title says took her to the dyno

Thanks, but I am really looking for people who have close to nothing done. You have quite a bit done. I am just trying to decide whether to spend some money on brakes/suspension, or to spend it on a VAFC and some dyno time.
