Question about removing Valve Springs and Retainers

To remove the springs and retainers do i need to remove my rocker arms? or can I losen the adjustment screw and nut then pull the arms back?

or let me know the procedure thanks....

You have to remove the rocker arms.

Edit: well the rocker arm assembly.
