I know there is a difference of opinion on both of these, but which has has had the most result in power gain?...I know this topic has been covered, but I wonder if people had a good result recently

 

You have to quantify that question with more info:

stock motor?
stock injectors?
stock ECU?

 

depends on a lot of other factors.

 

on a stock 11:1 cp b16 with pretty good head work what ya guys think?

pretty wild head work = not a good description.

you guys need to list out your goals for your car. if peak whp is what you are concerned about (drag racing) then go with sk2 stage 2s, since their profiles are very similar to jun stage 3 cams. if you are looking for a beefier midrange, toda spec B's will help more. thats about as much info that i can give based on the vague questions that are being asked.
