what CAI and fuel feeder line are people using for the Skunk2 IM on GSR???

what CAI and fuel feeder line are people using for the Skunk2 IM on GSR???
just did the S2 manifold on my 99 GSR and of course the CAI dosen't quite fit and the fuel feeded line is really tight. is it the type-r CAI that's need now? and what about the fuel feeder line?
