I washed my car today after months of neglect. It took me four hours to wash and polish it. Tomorrow, the wax goes on. Maguilers stuff is amazing! I used their 3 point system and now the car just gleems!
Here is a typical day at a car wash in Yokohama. Weekends are better, 'cause thats when the real car show is...but Monday was fair day at the wash.

A little Simple Green does wonders!!

got really dark out ater I was finished, but you can still see the shine*)

Yeah...it is kinda funky....some pretty amazing cars are there on the weekends, today there was the new BMW Mini Cooper (barely pictured), BMW 318, Porsche 911 (pictured), Civic Type R (pictured), MR-2 GT turbo, Alfa Romeo (pictured), GMC Suburban pickup slammed to the ground, Honda HR-V (pictured). 2 Subaru Legacy wagons (1 pictured), and Nissan 180SX (pictured)...
On weekends, you can see Ferrari's Lamorgini's, rally worthy Lancers, you name it, its been there!

i'm guesiing u all get to wash the cars yourself
Last week when I got my car back, I took it to a gas station and had it hand washed. They did a really crappy job; literally just cleaned the dust off the dirt
When I am on my way somewhere and I need a quick wash, I put it through one of them brushless carwashes...but I don't do this often.
Today was my day off so I wanted to spend some time doing it right. After not wash it for months (being in the shop...constant rain and snow etc...) I thought that she deserved to be treated right after all she's been through.

Two Alfas, a 164 and a GTV, the 164 is in the background of one of the pics.
Did you ever get Lancias over there, they pulled them out of England a long time ago.

The front lip is really low to the ground so, I was afraid it'd get damaged while it was in the garage...I think the installed the engine from the bottom, so I didn't want them damaging the skirts during the process...
The wing does stick out like a sore thumb with out the skirts on..
website's not done yet

your engine bay has the highest number of different colors i've ever seen under the hood of a car, but hey, your car is very clean and well done IMO. nice pix.

damn nice pics, I like checking out the background of diff states, in this case country. I need to take a trip to Japan.
