For Sale:

1993 Civic Cx Hatchback. White, 5-speed. 120K original miles, 1 owner car. Everything on the car is bone stock and nothing has been tampered with. Blue interior. This is an optionless car (no a/c, no rear wiper, radio delete package (although a cheap radio is currectly in the car). This is the best model to get for a hybrid project.

Body is in decent condition. Hardly any rust, just a little on the drivers doorframe and a small bubble over the fender. Very decent for an Ohio car. The body is straight. A fender appears to have been repainted. The interior is actually pretty good and the seats look almost brand new. Some paint is missing on the front bumper.

The head has a bad valve in it, but I'm including an extra head and everything needed to get the car running correctly (timing belt, headgasket). Otherwise, everything else on the car works fine. If I get a notion, I'll go ahead and put the new head on the car, but I figured the new owner would either junk the motor or send it out to have it rebuilt to IT specs or something, so you'll have to let me know what you want.

Asking $2800 obo. I'm in Ohio, so you'll need to arrange pick up.

No not flash and night time... its called the cars been painted. Rear hatch and bumper, probably been rear ended sometime in its life.

 

Ok, cheif--I said the rear fender had been repainted. However, different angles and a flash at night will show different shades of color. If you take enough digital pictures you'll notice that this happens quite often. I've seen brand new cars photographed at night and the panels seem to be different colors. And it's not like I'm trying to say the car is perfect. If you want a 50K mile hatch that looks brand new, then go pay $5000 for one. BTW--the rear bumper, hatch and glass is all stock to the car, so your theory is wrong.
