What are our options for aftermarket valve springs/retainers?

 

I'd like to know this also....I know its possible to use h22 springs but what else in the head can be used?

 

I had a guy in canada put my springs and retainers in. They are (B18) crower Dual springs and crower TT retainers. Shimed up perfect ..


So I know you can use them on your H23. Call crower they will tell you they are damn near the same. Wierd.
Hope that helped. I can get pics if you want of my head. Also The port job if you like. I just dont know how to post them ..

 

h22 valves are different than the h23 i know that.
