JDM b18c5 pass US emissions with help?

I want to put a b18c in my car , is it possible to get it to pass emissions I live in denver Co. I know it will take a little work but i think it is possible right? I am not worried about the eye inspection but the tail sniffer is another concern. Anyone have an idea?

jdm motors do not have #'s after the last letter.

i have a 96 spec JDM ITR motor and i passed w/ my stock P28 and stock cat.. With Kenji's chipped P28 i was 8 times the legal limits even w/ stock exhaust and cat.

yeah I know I posted this in the other forum and I got no response for a while so I decided I would ask the experts. I was refering to the JDM b18c Type R engine.
