I have a D16A6 Bottom End with a D15B Vtec head and when it gets hot the idle goes from 500 rpm to 1500 rpm and it keeps doing that.I have tried everything and cant get it to stay at around 1000 rpm.Anybody know how to fix this?

Replace your IACV. Check for codes if that doesnt work,
