the topic says it all. I want to stay around 400 dollars, if not less, i dont have the loot right now for expensive rims, i am just lookin to get rid of the hubcap look.

I have white 17s with low pro tires. There white and by HP Racing. I paid 1100. Used for less than a year. I can do 600 if your interested.
