Hi, the car is running very good under accelaration. But when it comes to decelerate, the engine hesitate, making some sort of ''backfire''. It happen only when I decelrate while having the pedal steady at about 1/4 of the total course. If i completely release de gas pedal, there is no hesitation. Also, let say if I cruise on 5th at 90km/h, the car will tend to ''choke"

Car is a 1992 civic hb obd1. Setup is a b18b 1999 running 450cc at 9psi on 14B turbo and SMC+ fuel management with P06ECU chipped with p74stock chip

 

Please explain me what is ''tip in'' ? Where and what is that, how to adjust?
