Ya I thought so too, but the block is stamped B16a2 so possibly they swiched to a2 in '97.

 

96-97 are B16a2.

94-95 are B16a3.

sorry I actually have a couple offers on the disc swap already, so no at this time.

 

I was wondering if you'd be able to remove these parts. I'm looking for piece that goes inside front strut towers. It's one that has 2 bolts on it which protrudes into engine compartment so you can attach stock strut bar. Let me know if this part can be removed. Thanks.

I need the A/C bracket.. it's the one that connects to the frame.. for an LS swap into a 96 Civic, since I want to keep the A/C. PLEASE PLEASE send me a PM with a fair price.

 

That is one popular bracket! I have it sold though, sorry. Good luck finding one.
