Default 1994 Civic Coupe (Will be complete some day...)

Well, here's the current pics. I need a rear control arm to finish dropping the rear of the car. Dam bolt snapped in the old control arm. The ground controls and AGX shock are really nice though. I have the fronts on setting 2 and the rear one on setting 1. Once I get the last control arm, I can put the last AGX on and complete the drop. So I'm working on the uneven drop.

By the way, does anyone know the url of the guy with the white 93-95 civic coupe with white volks wheels? I have been looking for that picture.

a few things-

get black wheels
paint side moldings white
get the stock sideskirts, paint them white.
get a 99-00 Si/SiR wing, paint it white

then it will be tizight!!! (the exterior)

i hope your kidding. you must not know much about hondas. that year coupe came with the KAC5 automatic transmission. the torque converter has oven brazed fins, and it stalls at about 5000 RPM. it will handle up to 800 horsepower.

I agree. You should get the stock side skirts and paint them white. Those skirts don't flow at all. I like the front and rear lip. I used to have a white AT coupe just like that. Good luck with finishing the project.

im not feelin any of those lips, the drop job, the black moldings, or the fact that you bought all those cosmetic parts before gettin a nice set of rims.. but if you like it and you are planning to complete it the way you want, thats all that matters.. good job

Dam, I'm in college, bank account currently hold around 100.00 and I owe about 170.00 in taxes. I'm accepting B-series engine donations though. And wheels will be worked on after a pay taxes so I don't go to jail. But thanks for all the comments. And ay, there are hella time where I feel that driving an automatic downs me whereever I go, but hey, when I graduate and get a job, I'll work on that engine/transmission swap. I'm really kinda struggling with the car right now. Everything on that car, I did the work myself. For the experience and to save money. I'm still trying to get the drop done. I have control arms on the way like I said above. Maybe I'll post again in a few months when I actually get enough money to do something else with it. And by the way, I have driven many manuals so I do know the potential of a manual transmission, but I have seen a-lot of automatics that will kick the *** of a-lot of manuals around here. But hey, I didn't get a manual to automatic swap, It came like that.

Arright, for the record, the lip kit is a civic type-r lip kit. Front rear and side skits.

Props for doing everything yourself. Not really my style, but to each his own. One thing you might try, on your moldings, where it's turning white, use a little "back to black" from Mothers or Meguires to make them dark again.

nice ride man, i dig it a lot. the sideskirts are a little too big and it would look better to even out the drop. The black side moldings don't bother me too much. Definitely some nice looking wheels like buddy clubs or something. Much props for doing all the work yourself.

Did that one guy just say that his auto tranny can handle 800hp, you must be joking.

Why would that put a tranny that could handle 800hp on a civic when they know that the motor in there wont ever come close to producing that much power?

Well I have a d16y8 in a 99 ex coupe, with the auto tranny, how much hp can my tranny handle?

I wanted to do that a long time ago but then i'll have holes in my car from the molding clips. As far as the side skirts, will it be that hard to put si side skirts on my car. A friend said I have to cut them but I have been seeing them on a-lot of hatches too, so it can't be that bad. Any help?
