timing belt and harmonic balancer, how do you set them correctly

changed water pump out on my accord 2.2 and now it runs rough dont know if the timing belt moved or the harmonics are off, need to know how to set them correctly or at least check to see if they are set wrong

i dont know why nobody replied to this..

there are notches on each pulley where the timing belt goes. you need a manual and it will tell you what to lign up where. i think they point up or something.
