Default jdm b16a swap help

i'm swaping a a jdm b16a(hondamotorsonline.com) into my 91 si. for the swaping over the wireharness i had i extra plug that i can seem to find where it goes to. on my old si motor it was plug up on the IMF in the back of it. what should i do? will my motor throw and codes if i don't have the plug hooked up? i read some where that i don't need it and i could cut it off or just zip tie it up to the harness it self soo it doesn't get caught any where.

my car new heart..........

What did the plug look like ? It could be a plug that is just located in a different spot on a b16.

I hear the 89-91 Si's have extra stuff on the backs of the IM's. My old 89 Si. I simply left it unplugged. Post a pic?

if it is a 2 wire small plug(rectangle) then you are fine it does not get used

Yes, this is right. Just tape it into the harness, with electrical tape. It is unneeded on the B16a. Ryan

PS, no codes will show because of it.
