Default is this normal for new tires/rims?

Alright I just got some 16 C8s with Parada spec2s. They seem to be kinda noisy in a way when I'm driving city streets almost like they're off balance or something. The thing is, if they were off balance, my steering wheel would be shaky and stuff. It rides awesome because they stick to the ground all the time and they follow the terrain of the streets, like where ever it slants the car will steer that way. I like that a lot. Anyways, yeah, I hear that noise but not sure what it is? Could it be that the rims have larger openings and the wind is making it? or do you think it's just the tires? I just got them for like 1.5 weeks now. Thanks

Check your air pressure...make sure they are not to hard. street pressures would be good at about 36-38 psi cold......

I have 18's and parada spec 2 on my r and mine follow and the little bumps and hills in the street. I also thought mine were off balance till I got them aligned and they still do it. Also they do seem to be loud sometimes, but I just turn up the stero
