anyone familiar with tuning crower with crower?

anyone familiar with tuning crower?
i have b16a block with ctr pistons, crower springs, retainers, and 03 cams. anyone have any advice on what else i should i.e. injectors, fuel pump, etc..... i already have a apex vafc, but do i need more?????????
