Default Front Motor Mount Insert

anyone here use an energy suspension front motor mount insert on their d16a6? I'm planning on replacing ONLY the front insert and wanted some feedback from anyone who has done this. It's a daily driver, and i'd like to know how much vibration is transmitted into the vehicle with only the front insert replaced with a polyurethane one.

thanks

Shouldn't be that bad... I've never used em, but I am using polyurethane mounts for my B16, and they don't shake that bad.

I used the ES inserts in both my front and rear on my A6... I still haven't decided if it's just the mounts, or my engine rebuild has something out of balance, but my vibration is pretty serious. Especially at about 3000 rpm and below 1000 rpm, the car's shaking to pieces!!!
