i called up Andie on Wednesday and talked to him for a few minutes about getting some pads for the Expo. He was really nice and informative and after determining that the pads would be used for track evenst only we decided on the GT-RspecVR. Anyway, I get home today around 4 today and see this edit-pic with my address taken out duhh, it's just the ups box-use your imagination

less than 2 days after ordering I proceed to open the box and see these goodies

Inside is an envelope with some business cards, a cool sticker, break in instructions, and a persoanl letter from Andie thanking me for my business.



This will be the extent of my modifications for the Expo, and I am no longer worried about brake problems. I've read all kinds of positive things about Andie, some from local friends, and was happy to see that they were true. If you're looking for brake products definitely give him a call. asI will whenever i need something brake related. It's a shame he doesn't sell everything.

Hmm, I e-mailed Andie on Wednesday and haven't heard back from him. He must be busy with all your guys' phone calls.

 

i have purchased many brake pads from andie even when he was working with another company. he also attended a chinmotorsports event that i was at and provided drinks along with his information and support. there are many people in the motorsports industry that will vouch for his knowledge and customer support.

 

So did I, and he said he never recieved it.... just give him a call

 

Thanks for the heads-up, Ed. I've had work up to wazoo and didn't have any time to call. I guess I'll call him on Monday and hopefully get everything in by next weekend.

 

Chalk this one up...another satisfied customer. Cobalt- excellent in all aspects.

 

What an understatment! Cobalt/Andie has the best customer service. I had a slight brake issue my first session at the track Friday, so I called up Andie and he gave me some advice over the phone after diagnosing my situation. Sure enough, everthing was awesome by the end of the next session.

 

Good to hear. I emailed Andy a few weeks ago about brake pads. He responded immediately, and was very pleasant and helpful.. Look forward to meeting him..

 

I just ordered a set of Axxis Ultimates from him and he has some of the best customer service I've had in a while.

 

I received my fr/rr's and juice this past week, amazingly quick service!

I also just ordered pads and fluid from Andie this week. I just installed the brake pads today. The process of buying pads from Andie is just wonderful. He takes the time to really figure out how you're going to use the pads.

I wish all companies were so wonderful to work with.

i would call him over e-mail. I have went that route before with little luck. he is a busy man as you might suspect so calling him should be easier Andie has great customer service over the phone and also through e-mail but e-mail might take a while.

I just opened up my box and can say I received the same TERRIFIC service...I would not buy my brake equipment from anyone else
