Default Lowering Help!!!!!!

Alright, I have a 1996 Honda Accord EX, already have the eibach prokit, but I want to go lower.......Just as pricing, I want to Les Schwab and for the next step eibach kit, they wanted $1,000 for the kit, the cambers, and install........I know that is really high......So the question I wanted to ask is, what kid of springs and camber kit can I get for a good deal, want good quality and nice ride, right now my car is 1.5", would like to go to around 2, or 2.5......Maybe should do coilovers, let me know, thanks a bunch......

I wouldn't recommend coilovers because they really don't give a great ride. If you want just a lower drop, then Eibach Sportlines give you a 2" drop and a really nice ride quality. But I may be biased because I'm loving my new Eibach springs!! Eibach rules!

So does the eibach sportilines sit significantly lower than the prokit......cuz its says 1.2" for the prokit, and 1.8" for the sportlines.......Also, is $250 shipped a good deal on those sportlines??? And as far as shocks go........Does KYB make good gas shocks, ive heard a lot about them, and then ive heard wonders about Koni Yellows, any ideas on prices for those?? I know I can get KYB all the way around for 300 + shipping

My friend got GroundControl coilovers for his Stealth a while ago. After he got them installed, he said it felt like he was riding on air. That was when he was on the highway. When I was in his car after they were installed, the ride wasn't bad at all. It was in the snow, too.

you prolly would need camber kit with eibach's product.
waste of money imo..run more search about it..

eibach is the sh_t for daily driver, koni yellow with eibach=good combo.
I like prokit more the sportline

-here some point I was to point out, those ebay/crappy coilover(ranged about 1bill) are piece of sh_t..dont get those, because so much is riding on it! TM
the "real" coilover with adjustable height, softness, etc are pretty expensive.
tein, eibach and other companies made those..run about 1000+

dont buy the rear camber kit-you can have it done in your house for less than 5 bucks. run a search on that also.
remember, toe eat up rubber more than camber, about 10 millions times more.
make sure you go do a four wheel alignment after lettign the spring settle- 1 -2 weeks

if you really do want to go lower...you might as well go for coilovers...plus they're adjustable...once i switched over to coilovers ive never and would never go back to springs...i've gone through 3 sets...1 skunkworks...and 2 skunk2 sets...they are a little stiff (but who cares)...like they say...the GC rides great, from what i heard...and plus, those use different spring rates and also come with eibach springs...as for the skunk2s...you can get aftermarket struts to compensate for the stiffness...

you want low you need h&r race springs... I know from experience they are a major drop in height.

One more thing about coil over's, each time you adjust the height you need to have
alignment done(if you care enuff about your car that is)

ive got a 2.25 drop with Eibachs, not sure which they are but i need shocks(still stock) and i didnt get coilovers because you have to get an alignment every time you adjust lower. Id get the Eibachs with either Yellows or KYB's

If you wabt a lower drop u can try the kg/mm springs I know that they have a 1.8 drop on them and it is not to bad for the stiffness. If you want it stiffer than get koni yellows and slap them on with it andu can ajust the stiffness
