you mean what to read the guideline first.
what car you drive anyway? give us some detail before asking how to do XXX in XXXX..

well, put your car on jackstands, go underneath your car and you'll see the "cat"
there three bolts there, take it off, use wd40, liquid wrench and some good old muscles. yank it off, put on the new one.

There shouldn't be any welding involved. Can't be too hard to install.

The size of the EVO muffler makes it a little more difficult. I dropped the guys at the muffler shop a $20; it took them less than five minutes and we were both happy. As usual, having the right tools for the job (lift and air tools), makes the job a lot easier.

I can have someone weld a whole cat back piping for 80 bucks.
there's no point of getting a catback and having someone to install it.
all there is is 3 bolts you have to yank out. ?

After I get an A'PEXi WS for my car, I might just bring it to a shop for one reason. After reading some reviews, I noticed there have been some ground clearance problems when the suspension is altered. I would have them correct that if I did see a problem.
