before you rear any further i would like to say that i HAVE searched on this. this is a simple question.

can you use the e-brake cables on the CRX with the rear disc conversion from the 90-93 Integra? i now everything i have found says it all bolts up just as if it came on the car i was just wondering why you couldnt use the CRX e-brake cables???

reason being the car i am getting the implants from is trashed in the front end and you literally cant get into the car to get the e-brake cables loose. someone lend some advice or something please.

 

you have to use either the teg cables, and tuck them up somewhere, because they'll be 12" too long, or get some ebrake cables from a 90-91 CRX si, they'll bolt up perfectly.

I'd suggest the latter, and try to talk the junkyard down on the swap price because you'd have to get the cables elsewhere.

Might I suggest you contact Larry Jr at Import Suto Salvage for the 90-91 disk brake cables? He kicks ***!

 

actual swap is only costing me $50. guys at this junkyard are RETARDS. i told them i needed the full rear suspension off this 93 gs just so they would sort of understand. i was wrong, they quoted me the price for 2 lcas. but whos complaining here......not me.
