Default let's eat some grub (expo related)

by the end of this month we need to submit to the banquet hall a final head count and our menu selections.

it's buffet style and we have a selection of 4 entrees of which we need to pick 2. the selections are below and the top 2 are what we're eating.

Can you please IM me the location of the banquet so I can put it on the local map and in the program text.
Thanks Lance. Ed

who put lance in charge of the food? what you guys don't know is that lance eats once a day. he is like an anaconda; 10lbs of food in one sitting and that's it for 24hrs.

I don't mean to take away from this topic, but what is everyone else doing for the other meals?

Someone wrote in about a restaurant or two (saved the info)....could we get a massive grill thing going and people drop in a few bucks to cover?

I will eat just about anything.
I won't pass judgement at all, just ask my guys (R-Speed) and I trust whatever you guys want.

Oh, yeah I am a professional Chef...

When it's all said and done, just give me a "good" beer and a bunch of friends to hang and reminisce with.

Sausage and peppers goes well with good beer, or contact Mike M. for my recipe for Filet...

I'm sure it will turn out to be a weekend to remember forever.

Thanks again Trey and everyone that is helping to make this happen.

chicken is easy and something almost everyone can do. I honestly don't want to be driving on peppers, onions and sausage.

ROFL...

Wait 'til you're my age.
Have no fear G, I can supply a food processor or blender if dentures are an issue.

Digestion can be assisted by the fine puree, Beano tablets and Imodium...

Don't forget some Tum's.
