Has anyone used R1 Racing coilovers? I searched but I couldn't anything. I just picked up a set and I want to know if it was worth it. Everybody remember that the term "budget build up" was named after me. I have to save for a wedding and a house so I can't afford Tein's.

 

i have some im my car. they arent that bad. but they are better than all the other budget coilovers.

 

I have heard that they are much better than Ractive, and they are cheaper too. I am also using a set of GSR struts as well, again, until I can afford something else.

 

Ok so I finally got the suspension in....it feels great compared to what I thought it would. It was a pain in the *** because this was my first time installing coilovers and the guy that was supposed to help me never showed up. To top it off one of the fork bolts completly rounded off, and I had to change the bushings in the rear(because I am using SIR rear shocks) I went from looking like a monster truck to tucking all 4 wheels.
