could someone post a pic of their proportioning valve (4wheel disk).
they are physically identical to all others from 96-up. its the valving on the inside thats different.
just bought a 99 civic si valve, but I cant find the "4040" stamp on it.
That are you putting it in?
ok, let me clarify, I bought this piece from a junkyard 99 Si for my 96 hx coupe, it looks nothing like the one shown in the picture, its flat. Im pretty sure it is the original si one made for rear disks, but is there no way to tell from looking at it from the outside?

yeah, Its got a number, like b2ozc or something, but I dont think that number tells you anything, because Ive seen 4 different ek prop valves, and they all say something different. Thanx for checking for me though.
All 4 were different?? Were they off of different models? It's odd that the numbers would all be different if they were all the same valve. Doen't make sense.
I am selling one for a 2000 Si (sale pending actually), and it has a15CE stamped on it, so I do not think this is any kind of part type designation.
Look for my thread in classifieds for a pic if you want, but it looks identical to any other from the outside.
