i just recieved my JDM 23mm rear swaybar and i measured it at 22mm...plus i can barely make out faded green markings on it. i have a feeling that i have my hands on another stock USDM rear bar. anybody have any insight? thanks.

did you compare both bars and compare 'em side by side? how do you know if you've got 22mm or 23mm?
I check out mine by trying to fit 22mm bushing over 23mm.. which it obviously didn't fit. And, 23mm bushings fit too snug over 22mm bar.

i haven't tried fitting the bushings yet -- i haven't taken my stock bar off the car yet.
the D Brackets say "OSS" on them -- just like my stock bar.
this is the second time in one week that i have recieved the wrong parts...i'm really starting to get pissed off here...

well that settles it -- my bushings are marked "22".
for the second time in one week, i was shipped the wrong parts. i was excited because i got to come home and play with my car for spring break so i ordered skunk2 adjustable UCAs and a JDM 23mm rear swaybar. i ended up with civic UCAs and another 22mm bar. i'm kind of pissed...i mean, how hard is it to ship the right parts??

the UCAs were from Massimo Performance.
the Rear Swaybar was from PasswordJDM.com

i just gave Password a call and they told me to just ship the bar back to him and he'll refund me for the cost of shipping. it looks like it'll get taken care of, but it's still a little bit of a pain.

just an update --
neither of the vendors have resolved the issues and i still have the incorrect parts sitting in my room.
nick at massimo performance seems to be honestly trying to correct the mistake. he offered me a ups account number to ship the wrong UCAs back and also went as far as calling other vendors to try to locate the correct UCAs since he was personally out of stock.
steve at passwordjdm seems slightly less interested in resolving the issue. he actually hung up on me when i called a couple of fridays ago and told me to call back on saturday -- they were closed on saturday. he originally wanted me to pay to ship the swaybar back to him however i'm a broke college student and don't have that much cash laying around, plus, that didn't seem quite fair anyway -- why should i pay for his mistake? i asked him for a shipping company account number or something of that nature the day that i realized i had the wrong part (a few weeks ago) and he still hasn't gotten back to me.
all in all, i'm pretty #$&*ing irritated -- i can't blame nick because he is out of stock. i don't know what to think of passwordjdm...but i do know that i will never do business with them again. period

i figured that...
that's why that i clarified that i was buying the 23mm bar in every email that i ever sent him. actually, the invoice said 23mm bar as well...
that's partially why i'm so irritated...

i feel ya.. i'd definitely be pissed off as well if i were in ur situation. Where do you live? too bad ur not in so cal n can't go to password in person. ****... dat sucks...
I know that in this same thread I said good things about passwordJDM but Kind of have mixed feelings on them now. First of all I got a 96ITR suspension, i wanted it for the brakes and sway bars, not the bling. I told steve this and the kit was sent with out swaybars, but they were shipped later. They also hooked me up with a 10% deal that kicked ***. So I was happy.
Once I started to install I ran into problems. I was going to do the rears one sunday at a leasurley pace and the front the following sunday. First of all there were not brackets with witch to install the rear swaybars, but the I realized it would not matter because I cant run the rear LCA's. I wanted to run my Skunk2 coilovers (not the best but a gift, so I'm going to use the sleve with some helpers and heavier coils) with the ITR struts but could not. THe Allen/hex socket in the top of one strut was rusted out and I could not remove the nut keeping the assy. together. So I had to use my civic rear LCA's and shocks until I could get the koni's or bilstiens that I wanted anyway. This was very agrivating to me, and I feel like I have been sold a low quality product. Also if I ws a perfectionist I would complain that the wheels need refinishing because of the surface rust and chips. It's not really that big of an issue, but it was frustrating. I like steve and I hope his business does good, so don't take this the wrong way, whoever reads it. JUst take it as constructive criticism.
ALso, can any of you understand steve when he is on the phone? HE is just too quiet and I can't hear a thing that he says.
